I have been working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and organizational development for 30 years, and for the past three years, I have been doing so through my own company: Transforming the Dots. I have set myself the goal of enabling organizations and teams to work in a more customer-centric, digital, and future-proof manner. My strength lies in translating insights, data, and new technology into a shared way of working that enables digital and AI transformations.
I bring clarity to complex situations, build alignment between business, marketing, data, and IT, and ensure that change does not remain stuck in plans but becomes visible in daily operations. Analytical, collaborative, and pragmatic.
What energizes me: reducing complexity to clarity, getting collaborations moving, bringing teams along in innovation, and ensuring strategy actually takes root in daily practice.
My work is divided into three interconnected working styles, which can be deployed independently of each other. Within each style, I can fulfill various roles, depending on the phase and the issue at hand. Sometimes strategic, sometimes operational. Sometimes a fixed role for an extended period, sometimes a targeted intervention of a few weeks.
Sparring partner for the Management Team and the Board of Directors. We think together about direction, priorities, and frameworks. What to do with AI and digital transformation, what not to do, and how to explain this to the organization. Including compliance with laws and regulations.
