A successful transformation requires insight at three levels: the organization (Maturity Scan), the team (Team Scan), and the employee (Persona Scan). By using these instruments individually or in conjunction, you gain a clear picture of where direction is lacking and which interventions work.

The three scans measure at three different levels. The Persona Scan looks at the person: who are you outside of your work context, and how do you feel about new technology? The Team Scan examines work behavior: what do employees do with AI in their work, how do they experience it, and what do they need? The Maturity Scan looks at the organization as a whole: strategy, policy, structure, people, data, and technology. The Persona and Team Scans are often combined for change processes. The Maturity Scan usually stands alone or precedes a larger transformation.

That is precisely when they are valuable. By starting with a baseline measurement, you avoid investing in standalone pilots that later prove unscalable. It is a safe and factual starting point for a profitable roadmap.

The scans form the first step. The data is the fuel for the subsequent phases. Every follow-up action is based on facts rather than assumptions.

Many employees use AI tools on their own initiative that have not been facilitated or tested by the organization. Our scans make this usage visible, so that the associated security and compliance risks become manageable.

You will always receive a report with the results. A follow-up meeting with strategic advice is optional. We then translate the measurement results into a roadmap with concrete action points for the technology and the human side of adoption.
